THE BEST CROISSANT ON MY STREET - BRANDING
The project was directed to the "Branding" curricular unit and was based on choosing a brand to analyze its notoriety, recognition, image and resonance, and adopt measures taking into account the results obtained.
As a result of the research into this brand, the strategy we followed was to expand the brand to other areas of the country on a temporary basis in order to increase its awareness and to study options for permanent expansion to those areas, taking into account the response of consumers. Thus, the concepts of "Croissant Festivaleiro / Festival-goer Croissant" and "Croissant's ao Sol / Croissants in the sun" were created.
